Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital radiology department, requiring at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in CT and diagnostic x-ray imaging.

Details

• Hospital radiology department setting
• Performs diagnostic CT exams including CT angiography, as well as diagnostic x-ray imaging
• Siemens CT equipment is used (experience preferred)
• Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Schedule flexibility is required
• Float policy requires availability to work at facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Proficiency with all diagnostic CT exams, including angiography
• Experience with diagnostic x-ray imaging required
• Current ARRT (CT) certification and applicable state license required, if applicable
• BLS required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (including residents of Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and may be subject to a different pay rate
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this when applying
• Use of AirPods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
