Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring Level 2 NICU experience, NRP, and Cerner proficiency.

Details

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts (approximately 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Level 2 NICU environment
• Cerner EMR used; prior experience required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
• NICU experience required
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits on record
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Postpartum experience is preferred but not required
• Eggplant-colored scrubs required; scrubs provided if needed
• Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO requests will not be considered
• Recent experience in L&D within the last 3 months is required
