Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Sonographer specializing in pediatric echo for a 13-week day shift contract requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Pediatric cardiac sonography unit within a hospital setting
- Performs echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
- Day shift, 5x7.5 hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Charts using Epic EMR
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Tech
- Active BLS certification required
- ARDMS RDCS (FE) or CCI RCCS preferred
- Active NJ or Compact license required if applicable
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Two current professional references required for consideration
- Copy of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include performing echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
- Black scrubs required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the RWJBH health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
