Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a 13-week ambulatory infusion center contract in Duluth, GA, requiring chemo certification and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Position is based in an Ambulatory Infusion Center setting
• Responsible for administration of chemotherapy and biologic infusions
• Day shift hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as scheduled (8-hour shifts)
• Full-time schedule at 40 hours per week
• Floating may be required to other infusion center locations within the network
• Epic EMR is used at this facility

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Chemotherapy certification required
• Oncology infusion nursing experience required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Administers chemotherapy and biologic infusions to oncology patients in an ambulatory setting
• Local candidates are accepted — the pay rate is the same regardless of proximity to the facility
• Epic EMR experience preferred given the system in use
