Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography for a 13-week travel assignment at a rural hospital in Kauai, Hawaii.
Details
- Rural hospital setting requiring competency across all three ultrasound modalities: General, Vascular, and Echocardiography
- Performs General, Vascular, and Echo studies
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating day and night shifts
- Weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage required
- Candidate must be available to work at two hospital locations
- Candidate must reside within 20 minutes of the primary facility while on call
- Shift flexibility is required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Ultrasound Technologist experience
- ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography — all three specialties required
- Current BLS and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- Must be able to work independently and across all three modalities
- State license required if applicable
Additional Information
- Two-day orientation covers HR onboarding, safety, risk and quality management, policies and procedures, and EMR training
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
