Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Post Procedure CHS/Medicine Medical Step-Down position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.
Details
- Post Procedure CHS/Medicine Medical Step-Down unit in a hospital setting
- Patient population includes post-procedural and medical/telemetry patients
- Two shift options available: Days (7am–7pm) or Nights (7pm–7am), both 12-hour shifts
- Holiday and weekend rotation required
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active OH RN license (Ohio or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- BSN or professional nursing certification recognized by the Magnet Association preferred

- Care responsibilities include post-procedural recovery and medical/telemetry patient management
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
