Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level 1 trauma center Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with every-other-weekend availability.

• Emergency Department at a Level 1 trauma center
• 13-week contract
• Shift hours: 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner OneChart

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC (current, renewed every 4 years), NIH Stroke Scale, and CPI/MOAB High-Risk training
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and US home address
• References (x2), copies of certifications, license verification/Nursys, and a copy of a Driver's License are required for consideration
• Full SSN and full DOB are required for consideration
• Nursys verification and primary source license verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Blue scrubs required
• CPI/MOAB online portion must be completed prior to start; on-site portion will be completed during orientation
