Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice/Palliative Care position in a home health and hospice setting, working 10-hour day shifts over a 13-week contract.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Vermont (VT) or a compact state, or a NY license with proof of pending status
• Two professional references from a Nurse Manager and/or Supervisor required for consideration — at least one from within the past 6 months and one from within the past year of employment
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• A personal vehicle is required as public transportation is not accessible near the facility
• Candidates without a Vermont RN license will be considered, but licensure application must be initiated promptly upon acceptance of an offer
