Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience and ARRT CT certification for an evening shift contract position.

Details

• CT Scan unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; neonatal and infant experience preferred
• Experience across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required; NICU and PICU experience preferred
• Procedures include contrast administration and PACS imaging; biopsy and IV start experience preferred
• 4x9 hour evening shifts, Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Epic EMR experience is mandatory

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT (CT) certification required
• Experience with PACS and contrast administration required
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of certifications and a valid driver's license required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• A Pass/Fail EKG exam is required during compliance for all candidates, regardless of specialty; two attempts are allowed and candidates should prepare in advance
