Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at a hospital in Cleveland, OH, requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• One recent reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty required for consideration; Charge RN references are accepted
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required
• Hours are submitted through Qualivis – Lotus
• Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations; a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
