Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a CA RN license, BSN, and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience with a prior travel assignment.

Details

  • Emergency Department (ER) setting at a major academic medical center
  • 12-hour variable shifts available — day shifts run 7:00–19:30 and night shifts run 19:30–7:30
  • Straight day shift requests will not be considered
  • Floating to other facilities within the health system is required

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • BSN required
  • Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience with ED-specific experience required — firm requirement
  • Prior travel assignment required — firm requirement
  • Completed professional references must be in hand at time of consideration
  • Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
  • Continuous IV sedation experience preferred
  • Triage experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Position is based in a high-acuity academic medical center environment
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Sebrona, is the very personable communicative and I feel like she works hard on my behalf. I very much appreciate her thank you

Cons

My phone showed her number as spam and I think blocked some of the texts I wish it hadn't have done that but that was nothing on her end all on mine so make sure that you have your settings to allow the calls and texts from spam
