Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Lake Havasu City, AZ, requiring at least 1-2 years of Cath Lab experience and proficiency with specialized cardiac procedures and devices.

Details

• Day shift position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 13-week contract at a Joint Commission accredited, 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
• Certified Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma facility
• Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ — within driving distance of Las Vegas, Phoenix, the Grand Canyon, and Southern California
• On-call requirements include a minimum of 10–12 call shifts per month, with weekend call up to twice per month
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Required experience includes Cardiac Cath Lab procedures such as IR, Impella, IABP, PCI, and atherectomy

Requirements

• Active AZ RN license or Compact RN license required
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided by the unit
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel position
