Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring active WA or compact licensure and a minimum of 3 years of ED experience.
Details
- 13-week contract in a hospital Emergency Department setting
- Night shift schedule: 1830–0700, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts beyond the base schedule
- Uses Meditech EMR (experience helpful but not required)
Requirements
- Active WA RN license or multi-state compact license currently in hand
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
- Completion of an approved 6-hour suicide prevention training required
- Verification of demographics via Nursys required
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides emergency nursing care as part of a collaborative ED team
- RTO must be pre-approved and scheduled at the end of the contract; full availability is required for scheduling
- Facility is located near Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest
