Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience, Epic proficiency, and multiple advanced certifications including TNCC or ATCN.

Details

• Emergency Department setting with 24 beds
• Patient population includes psych, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
• Uses Epic EMR — experience required
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Floating is rare, but may occur to a freestanding ED or other units within the facility as helping hands
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WA state or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
• Must pass a Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher Emergency Department
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least one supervisor-level reference (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above) required for consideration; a second reference will be required prior to start
