Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Stepdown position requiring 2 years of PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience and WI or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Med-Surg/Stepdown unit setting placing travelers where the greatest need exists, whether PCU or Med/Surg/Tele
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses Epic EMR
- Floating required within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA required)
- Minimum 2 years of PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Provide acute care nursing services on a Med-Surg/Stepdown unit based on facility need and traveler skill set
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
