Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level III NICU position in Denver, CO, requiring at least 1 year of NICU experience and an active CO or compact RN license.
Details
- Level III NICU at an acute care hospital in Denver, CO
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts (1900–0730), 3 days per week
- 36 hours per week
- Epic EMR used for charting
- Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
- On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS and NRP — must not expire prior to start date
- ACLS or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit
- DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for neonatal patients
- Performs health teaching, counseling, and patient referrals as needed
- Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans and documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Former permanent employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
