Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in a freestanding emergency department setting, working 12-hour overnight shifts on weekends.
Details
- Position is based in the CT department of a freestanding emergency room (FSED)
- 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Saturday through Monday
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, with active employment in the role within the last 6 months
- Active ARRT certification and applicable state licensure required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required; AHA or ARC accepted — no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
- Two professional references required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
- Radiology staff are required to wear black scrubs
- Parking is available on all sides of the building in spaces marked with yellow reflectors
