Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in the Metro Milwaukee Area, requiring OASIS and HCHB experience with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no nights, weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts.
Details
- Home health setting serving the Metro Milwaukee Area, with a territory of up to a 60-mile radius
- Geriatric patient population
- Average patient caseload of 5–7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule (5x8-hour shifts)
- No nights, weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements
- EMR: HCHB experience required
- OASIS experience required
- iPad provided for use in the field
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience required
- OASIS competency required
- HCHB EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Timely documentation and communication are expected in this role
- Flexibility with territory coverage is expected
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
- Local candidates are accepted and will be considered at the travel rate
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
