Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with pediatric and torticollis experience for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Santa Clara, CA.
Details
- Outpatient setting only
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Pediatric experience required
- Torticollis experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

- Local candidates are accepted
- Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to tenure restrictions — candidates must have taken a minimum 90-day break after reaching two years of cumulative assignment time at this facility
