Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at an inpatient hospital setting in Santa Clara, CA, working a Tuesday–Saturday day shift schedule.
Details
- Inpatient hospital setting treating adult patients
- Day shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- 40 hours per week
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Experience with inpatient adult physical therapy required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted; local and travel pay rates are the same
- Per facility policy, contingent workers may not work on assignment for more than two years (with lapses of less than three months counting toward that total) without a 90-day consecutive break in service
