Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring PCU float experience, night shifts, and an active SC or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital Medical Surgical (3T) unit setting
• Travelers will float between Med/Surg and PCU units
• Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
• Night shift schedule: 7p–7a, 3x12-hour shifts
• Weekday shifts with every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• Uses Meditech EMR

Requirements

• Active SC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• PCU experience required due to float responsibilities
• No license or background hits will be accepted
• Valid driver's license (DL) required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
