Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) with NICU experience for a night shift travel assignment requiring Epic proficiency and NRP certification.
Details
- NICU setting within a hospital environment
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–06:30)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- RRT or CRT credential required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Current certifications required: BLS, NRP (may begin assignment with NRP pending), and active Louisiana state license (license required if applicable)
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS
- Epic EMR experience required
- Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be listed and explained
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
- Up to 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
- Former permanent employees of any facility within this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before being considered
- Blue scrubs required
