Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring at least one year of recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency.
Details
- Home health setting with field-based patient care
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
- Monday through Friday with every third weekend required
- Floating may be requested based on facility needs
Requirements
- Active VA RN license in hand or proof of a compact RN license
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- SSN and a copy of driver's license required for consideration
- One supervisory reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 6 months before being eligible
- Candidates may not simultaneously work a travel assignment and a per diem contract with this health system — one must be chosen
- RTO should be kept to a minimum; no full calendar weeks off and no more than 7 days total during the assignment
- All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial profile submission — no additional RTO will be approved after an offer is extended
