Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in California, open to new grads with post-acute or acute care experience preferred.
Details
- Placement is within a skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation unit
- Specialty areas include LTC, SNF, rehab, post-acute care, and LTACH (trach/vent patients)
- Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Occasional weekend coverage preferred but not required
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- EMR systems used: Net Health and Point Click Care (experience required for both)
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Current PT license to practice in the state of California required; license required if applicable
- No professional license violations or disciplinary actions on record
- Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care EMR systems required
- Post-acute or acute care experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
