Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week day shift contract at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, and recent GE equipment experience.
Details
- Level II Trauma Center serving outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient populations
- CT unit with float requirement between the ER and Main CT departments
- 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- On-call is required for this position
- No weekend requirement
- Epic EMR; experience required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
- First-time travelers considered with at least 2 years of experience
- Current BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
- GE equipment experience within the past year required
- Proficiency with Stroke Protocol required
- Epic EMR experience required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Local candidates are not accepted for this position
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
- Scrubs may be any color; reddish-orange is not permitted
- Parking is facility paid
