Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with home health/hospice experience for a 13-week assignment in the Franklin/Macon County area.
Details
- Home health setting serving a 100-patient branch with 5-6 patient visits per day
- Monday-Friday day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation required approximately every 6-7 weeks for one week of nights (5pm-8am) including that weekend
- No night visits required from this office
- Uses HCHB documentation system
Requirements
- Active RN license, NC or compact, required
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health and hospice nursing experience required
- Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Deliver home health nursing care with a focus on hospice-experienced patients
- Required uniform: navy blue or navy/white scrubs for nursing staff
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
- First-time travelers may be considered
