Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position at a regional academic medical center in West Virginia, requiring strong orthopedic, neuro, and trauma OR experience.
Details
- Work in the Operating Room (OR) of a 303-bed regional academic medical center in Huntington, WV
- Serves a large multi-state patient population from West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southern Ohio
- Strong orthopedic, neuro, and trauma surgical case experience required
- Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some schedule flexibility available)
- On-call coverage required for 2 shifts per month
- Charting performed in Cerner
Requirements
- Active WV RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong OR experience in orthopedic, neuro, and trauma cases required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
