Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift position at an acute care hospital, with 1+ year of experience and Epic EMR proficiency required.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with 212 staffed beds
• CT Scan unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM
• Charting is done in Epic
• Weekends required and may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
• Self-scheduling based on seniority
• No on-call required
• No floating within the unit; however, all travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state
• Free parking available on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Active BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, and CT certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Pending licenses are not accepted; license must be active at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Must be open to all shift times; specific shift requests cannot be accommodated
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
• RTO must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; minimal RTO is strongly preferred
• 13-week contract
