Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift position at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington, performing both CT and X-ray in an acute care hospital setting.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital with 104 staffed beds, designated as a Level III Trauma Center
- Monday through Thursday night shifts, 4x10-hour blocks from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- After midnight, the technologist serves as the sole tech on shift, responsible for both CT and X-ray
- Patient ratio of 1:1
- Charting via Epic (required)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No parking fee
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT and X-ray technologist experience
- Proficiency with both CT scanning and general X-ray procedures required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active WA state CT/X-ray license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
Additional Information
- Technologist will perform both CT scans and X-rays, functioning as the sole imaging tech on shift after midnight
- All scrub colors are accepted
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Candidates must disclose any prior work history at a Providence facility, including location and dates
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
