Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a primarily virtual, system-wide complex case management position requiring a CA RN license and inpatient case management experience.
Details
- Primarily remote/virtual position supporting complex cases across the health system and in the community
- Occasional in-office presence required, with floating between offices in Emeryville and San Francisco as needed
- Day shift schedule: 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient case management experience required
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rates
Additional Information
- Manages complex cases across the health system, including patients in the community served virtually
- Former employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year are required for consideration
- Copies of all certifications are required for consideration
