Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for 10-hour day shifts with on-call requirements and float responsibilities to Pre/Post Cardiac Units.
Details
- 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call every 5th weekend and one weekday per week
- Floating as needed to Pre/Post Cardiac Units
Requirements
- Current license required if applicable
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience required

- No time off on holidays, including the day before and the day after each holiday

Pros
Work load is nice! The docs are great, and room rotations are great as well.
Cons
Charting here is terrible. You have to perform 7 steps to achieve the same goal where as if you used epic it would only require 2 steps. Plus, you must print out several pieces of paper for documenting charges instead of having someone on staff who codes the charges for you.
