Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week LTC/SNF night shift travel contract requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

Details

• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Post-acute care setting
• 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or compact RN license required — must be active at time of consideration (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in LTC/SNF required — no exceptions
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• BSN not required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate
• An interview process is part of the selection procedure — candidates who advance will be contacted for a unit manager interview
