Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, and recent GE scanner experience with Stroke Protocol proficiency.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center with outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient departments
• 571 total staffed beds across both campuses
• 4x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• Call shifts required
• Float between ER CT and Main CT as needed
• Epic EMR; experience required
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• First-time travelers considered with at least 2 years of experience
• BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Experience with GE CT equipment within the past year required
• Stroke Protocol experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active professional license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable; reddish-orange is not permitted
