Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC at a Level II Trauma Center, working Friday–Sunday night shifts with on-call requirements.
Details
- Located in the main hospital building of a 321-bed acute care facility and Level II Trauma Center in Charleston, SC
- CT department utilizing GE 64 Revolution EVO (x2) and GE 128 Revolution EVO scanners
- Performs trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient CT exams
- Charting conducted in Meditech
- Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts) with on-call requirements
- Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis with hospital staff
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience (must have worked in the role within the last 6 months)
- ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
- CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- SCRQSA certification required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted
- License required if applicable

- This facility is a Joint Commission-accredited Stroke Center and holds a Chest Pain Center accreditation from the American College of Cardiology
