Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC at a Level II Trauma Center, working Friday–Sunday night shifts with on-call requirements.

Details

• Located in the main hospital building of a 321-bed acute care facility and Level II Trauma Center in Charleston, SC
• CT department utilizing GE 64 Revolution EVO (x2) and GE 128 Revolution EVO scanners
• Performs trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient CT exams
• Charting conducted in Meditech
• Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts) with on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis with hospital staff
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience (must have worked in the role within the last 6 months)
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• SCRQSA certification required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates accepted
• License required if applicable

• This facility is a Joint Commission-accredited Stroke Center and holds a Chest Pain Center accreditation from the American College of Cardiology

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
