Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU travel position requiring ICU experience, Epic proficiency, and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.
Details
- Neuro ICU unit within a hospital setting
- Patient population includes both ICU and IMC (Intermediate Care) patients
- Neurosurgery patient exposure is part of the role
- Evening/night shifts, 12 hours, with shift times of 19:00–07:30 or 23:00–07:30
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12)
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Some holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum ICU experience required
- Neurosurgery experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass a telemetry test prior to start
Additional Information
- 13-week contract
- Telemetry competency test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin the assignment
