Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a weekend position performing routine and stat CT exams at an outpatient healthplex setting.
Details
- Outpatient healthplex setting with potential to cover other facility locations as needed
- Common CT studies include head, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremity exams — both routine and stat
- Primary EMR is Epic; PACS experience (Visage) preferred
- Siemens CT equipment
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend-only position — every weekend required
- No on-call requirement
- Holiday coverage may be worked into schedule, including potential coverage at alternate location
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Active VA state license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
- Current AHA BLS and ARRT-CT certification required
- Strong IV skills required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- PACS experience (Visage) preferred
Additional Information
- Perform routine and stat CT exams across a variety of study types including head, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities
- May float to cover other facility locations when needed
- Orientation is facility-specific, with a maximum of 1 week
- Black scrubs required
