Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a BSN, ACLS, and a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience, working nights on a 13-week contract.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating is not routine but may occur if census is low or there is greater need on another unit
• No block scheduling
• No on-call responsibilities
• 1 summer and 1 winter holiday coverage required
• Charting system: Epic

Requirements

• Active PA or Compact RN license required
• BSN required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Telemetry monitoring experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of certifications required for consideration

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a different pay rate
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration
