Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week home health assignment in Southeast Minnesota.

Details

• Home health care setting serving Southeast Minnesota
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling options such as Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Uses a computerized charting/EMR system

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current PT license required if applicable; must be active (pending licensure not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)
• Valid driver's license required
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate
