Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a freestanding emergency department (FSED) position requiring a minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience, with a 13-week travel contract on a Fri–Sun day shift schedule.

Details

• Freestanding emergency department (FSED) CT setting
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
• 13-week contract
• May be expected to float to the affiliated west campus psych/rehab department per facility policy

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience
• Allied candidates must have at least 6 months of active experience within the last 6 months in the role
• Active and applicable state licensure required if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• TNCC certification required for ER placement
• SSN and DOB required for consideration — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
• Two professional references required (Florida state requirement)

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
• Black scrubs required for Radiology staff
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
