Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT and CT certification for a hospital-based Radiology/CT department position.

Details

Work in the CT Tech unit within the Radiology/Cardiology department
5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Rotating on-call schedule among technologists
Weekend coverage is provided through the on-call rotation
Potential to float in rotation with staff according to facility floating policies and clinical experience

Requirements

Current ARRT certification with CT registration in good standing
Current BLS with AED certification approved by the American Heart Association, required upon hire or within first 60 days of employment
Minimum of one year of experience preferred
Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) with the Kansas Board of Healing Arts required, if applicable

Additional Information

Expect to work some holidays
Requests for time off should be submitted at time of application, with a preference for no RTO during the first weeks of the assignment
Floating assignments will include appropriate orientation to the new unit in accordance with The Joint Commission standards
