Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an inpatient and outpatient Cardiac Rehab position in New Jersey requiring prior cardiac rehab experience and an active NJ or compact license.

Details

Outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehab gym setting, including exercise supervision and case management
Inpatient cardiac rehab responsibilities include assisted ambulation and patient education
Staffing ratio of 2 staff members to 1 patient in the inpatient setting
Day shift schedule: 2x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements

Active NJ RN license or a compact RN license currently in hand
Prior cardiac rehab nursing experience required
Full COVID-19 vaccination including at least one booster required; no exemptions or declinations accepted for COVID or flu

Additional Information

Responsibilities include exercise supervision, case management, patient ambulation assistance, and patient education in both outpatient and inpatient cardiac/pulmonary rehab settings
Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and will receive a reduced pay rate
