American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health certification and 4+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic position in beautiful Salida, CO.

• Outpatient clinic setting located in Salida, CO
• Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health required
• Pelvic Health certification required
• Active CO Physical Therapist license required (or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam); license required if applicable
• Current CPR certification required
• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy required
• Member of, or eligible for membership in, the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
