Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room position at a hospital in Georgia, requiring BLS and ACLS certifications with a 10-hour day shift schedule.
Details
- Hospital surgical/operating room unit
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Schedule varies with shifts starting at 6:30 AM
- On-call responsibilities are required per posted schedule
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license — Georgia or Compact license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-issued, non-expired)
- Operating room nursing experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- Former permanent staff who transitioned to travel nursing must have a 2-year break before returning to this facility as a traveler
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
- EMR experience should be noted in your work history
