Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week day shift contract at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA, with candidates required to live more than 50 miles from the facility.
Details
- Work in a Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department at an acute care hospital in Atlanta, GA
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule
- 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
- No on-call required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license (license required if applicable)
- Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- EMR experience should be noted on work history
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being eligible
- First impressions matter: 100% credentialing must be completed prior to the start date with no exceptions or conditional starts
