Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Pre-Operative / Pre-Surgery Assessment position at a hospital in Atlanta, GA, working Monday through Friday days with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Details

• Pre-Surgery Assessment / Pre-Operative Clinic setting within a hospital environment
• 8-hour day shifts, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA certifications required (must not be expired)
• Pre-operative or perioperative nursing experience required
• Driver's License required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Provide pre-operative nursing assessments and care to surgical patients in an outpatient clinic environment
• EMR experience should be documented; specific system experience will be noted during the review process
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• Former permanent staff who wish to return as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break from the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this position
