Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a day shift contract position requiring ARRT CT certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Details

Work in a hospital CT scan unit
4x12 or 3x12 hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
No weekend or on-call requirements

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
Current BLS and ARRT CT certification required
Proficiency with IV placement required
License required if applicable
Candidate's primary residence must be located more than 25 miles from the facility

Additional Information

First-time travelers will be considered for this position
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
All time off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration

Pros

Management was great, not micromanaging. CNA ratio was amazing, and everyone was always helping each other out.

Cons

Lack of transporters, especially at night..there were none, but we had so many CNA’s to help, rotating schedules. Nights and days in the same week.

Rachel is an awesome recruiter. She is very responsive, very active, checks in on me regularly, and a great advocate. She is also genuinely a joy to speak to as well.
