Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in Michigan, requiring at least 2 years of telemetry experience and active MI licensure.

Details

• Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract, 36 hours per week
• Telemetry unit (2 East) within a hospital setting
• Scheduling is not self-directed — candidates must be open to working any day of the week

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (Prevention First — a 30-minute on-demand video, ~$25), and NIHSS
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 acceptable), driver's license, and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• RTO requests should be kept to fewer than 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as permanent employees must obtain MSP approval prior to consideration
