Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Michigan requiring 2+ years of surgical and cardiac ICU experience and current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Details

  • Hospital ICU setting with a surgical and cardiac patient population
  • May float to intermediate care areas based on census needs
  • 36-hour weekly schedule
  • On-call required as needed
  • Every third weekend required

Requirements

  • Active Michigan RN license required
  • Current certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in both surgical and cardiac settings required
  • Experience with open heart returns preferred
  • Travel nursing experience preferred
  • Experience with CRRT and IABP devices preferred

Additional Information

  • Candidates with post-operative open-heart, CRRT, and IABP experience will be given scheduling preference when floating
  • Maximum of 5 days of RTO may be requested for the duration of the contract
