Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of post-licensure home health experience for a 13-week home health travel assignment.

Home health setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
No on-call requirements
13-week contract

Requirements

Current PT license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of home health experience after graduation and licensure (clinical hours completed prior to obtaining a license do not count)
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
