Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical/Surgical position at a rehabilitation hospital, requiring at least 1 year of experience in Rehab, LTAC, or Med/Surg with an active KS or compact RN license.

Medical/Surgical unit within a rehabilitation hospital setting
Patient ratios of 1:8–10
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Every other weekend required
Epic EMR used
13-week contract
Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate

Requirements

Active KS or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of experience in Rehab, LTAC, or Med/Surg required
BLS certification required
Two professional references required for consideration
PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide medical/surgical nursing care within a rehabilitation hospital environment
Requested time off is subject to manager approval and should be submitted upfront
